To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and receipts must be included.
Vape devices, pods, and e-liquids must be sealed and not tampered with.
Disposable vapes or opened e-liquids are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
Products must have been purchased from our official Shopify store or physical store in Dubai, UAE.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the purchase date.
For UAE customers, you may return or exchange products either in-store or via our Shopify portal.
All refund requests must be initiated online for proper tracking.
Bring the item(s) and original receipt to our Dubai retail location.
Our team will inspect the product condition.
If valid, you can exchange for another product.
If the new item is more expensive, pay the price difference.
No refunds are provided in-store. Only exchanges are processed.
Login to your Shopify account and request a return through our portal.
Include your invoice and return the item(s) via trackable shipping.
Processing time is 5 business days after we receive your parcel.
Refunds are issued as a Store Credit Voucher valid for 30 days, only usable on our Shopify website.
Note: Store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed in-store.
Only one return or exchange per item is allowed.
Items bought on promotion or clearance are final sale and non-returnable.
We do not cover returns for damaged products caused by misuse or regular wear and tear.
Repair services are available at our Dubai boutique for faulty vape devices.
